A&B Psychotherapy protects your personal health information in line with Ontario's Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA).
Your name, contact details, messages you send us, appointment details, and clinical records created during your care.
To respond to inquiries, schedule and remind you of appointments, provide therapy, and handle billing.
We don't sell your information. We use these service providers to run the practice: Jane (booking, records, and billing), Google Workspace (email and website forms), Grasshopper (phone and text messaging), and Jane telehealth (online sessions). We share information with others only with your consent, or where the law permits or requires it.
Mobile numbers and text message consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our SMS terms.
Website forms and regular email aren't secure channels. Please don't send clinical details through them.
Clinical records are stored in Jane and kept as required by CRPO record-keeping standards. Inquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to respond and schedule.
